Questions
How do I turn Pro on?
Buy it in Yonto Player, from Settings, then Yonto Pro, and we email you a licence key. Enter the key on that same page. On a television you can enter a code on your phone instead. On an iPhone or iPad, you buy it there in the App Store, and Pro turns on without a key; add your email on that page to use it on your other Yonto Player apps too.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once.
How many devices can I use it on?
Up to 5 of your own at the same time. Bought on this site, it works across every Yonto Player app; if you reach the limit, remove a device on your account page and try again. Bought in the App Store, it works on the iPhones and iPads on your Apple Account, and on every other Yonto Player app once you add your email in the app, which also gives it an account page.
Does Pro need the internet?
Pro is checked on your device, so it keeps working offline. Yonto Player checks in with the licence service from time to time, and a device that cannot reach it keeps Pro.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of buying on this site, for any reason. Reply to your receipt or email support@yonto.app. Apple refunds Pro bought in the App Store.
What happens if I am refunded?
The licence is revoked, and Pro turns off the next time Yonto Player checks in with the licence service. Yonto Player goes back to Free: one source of your own, and installing plugins needs Pro again. Plugins you already installed keep working and updating.
Who takes the payment?
On this site we sell Pro ourselves, and Stripe processes the payment. We never see your card. On an iPhone or iPad, Pro is bought in the App Store, and Apple takes the payment.
Where can I buy Pro?
On this site, in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United States. Your billing address and card must both be from one of them. On an iPhone or iPad, in the App Store wherever it offers Yonto Player.
Does Pro include any content?
No. Yonto Player provides no content, and Pro is the price of the app.
