Support

Write to support@yonto.app. We usually reply within two working days.

What to include

  • The Yonto Player version, from Settings, About.
  • The device: a TV, phone, tablet or iPhone, and its model.
  • The source’s type: Jellyfin, Plex, Emby, MacCMS, Custom HTTP, a plugin or a repo.
  • What the screen said, word for word, including any code in brackets. A photo of the screen is fine.

For Pro, a refund or your devices, write from the email address you bought Pro with. If you bought Pro in the App Store, write from the email you added to it, or, if you haven’t added one, include the order ID from Apple’s receipt instead; Apple handles its refunds. Please don’t send a server’s password.

You may find the answer sooner

  • Troubleshooting goes through every message Yonto Player shows, in the app’s own words, and what to do about it.
  • The FAQ answers common questions, from the free plan to moving to a new TV.
  • The changelog says what each version changed, and Download has the latest one.

Request a feature or report a bug on GitHub

If you have a GitHub account, you can also request a feature or report a bug on Yonto Player’s public GitHub page, where you can follow what happens to it. What you write there is public, so leave out server addresses, accounts and anything else private. Email works just as well, and you don’t need an account for it.
